The Beast of Yucca Flats is just your run-of-the-mill Russian- Scientist- Defects- To- America- And- Gets- Caught- In- An- Atomic- Blast- And- Becomes- A- Lady- Killing- Mutant movie. One of the worst films ever made, presented as a silent film with voice-over narration. According to rumor, the entire soundtrack of the movie was dubbed in due to the original being accidentally erased. Musical (re)score for mixed ensemble and sampler, from 2000 - based upon the movie THE BEAST FROM YUCCA FLATS (1961). First performed by No-Osphere ensemble at the Moonbar, Empire Hotel, Fortitude Valley (28/11/2000)
